Shipping & Returns
Web Order processing, picking, and shipping only occurs during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
Web Orders placed after 4:00PM will be not be processed until the next business day.
Orders placed after 4:00PM on Friday will not be processed until Monday and shipped on Tuesday unless it is a Priority Order (expedited shipping method has been chosen).
Priority Orders (FEDEX Overnight and FEDEX 2 day) placed after 4:00PM on Friday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Saturday Delivery is not available.
Transit Times typically 2 to 7 business days within the contiguous U.S., based on the final destination ZIP code. Longer transit times to destinations outside the contiguous U.S.Show map
Received something that you aren’t 100% happy with? No problemo. We will exchange or credit your account for any products returned within 30 days of purchase. All products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and must include a copy of the invoice.
It’s important to us that your Flying Dog gear arrives at your doorstep safe and sound. But let’s face it; with the exception of Joan Rivers, no one’s perfect. If any of your precious cargo shows up damaged or defective, let us know and we will make it right.
Prior to returning or exchanging your products, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and what the heck happened. We will work on this together, because teamwork makes the dream work.

If you have a return/exchange and are in our neck of the woods, come by our gift shop. We are able to return/exchange all online orders at the brewery. We would love to see your face and then you can slap ours for stealing Al Roker’s line.

Thursday – Friday: 9 AM – 9 PM
Saturday: 12 PM – 9 PM
Sunday: 12 PM – 7 PM
Gift cards are awesome, and they are also a final sale. Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
